A RARE GIFT FOR THE TUNISIAN…
Eight Tunisian students and instructors of the ICT Academy
have been awarded by the Chinese tech giant, Huawei. The award was part of the event organized to honour the participants of Seed for the Future 2019 programme and Huawei ICT Academy.
The Seed for the Future program is a global Corporate Social Responsibility program of Huawei. It seeks to develop local ICT talents, enhance knowledge transfer and promote a greater understanding of the Telco sector. The programme also improves and encourages regional participation in the digital community.
General Director Huawei Tunisia, Zhang Qian said that the award is an investment into the ICT profession. It is also a means for cultural exchange and collaboration between Tunisia and China.
He revealed that at least 10 ICT engineering Tunisian students are sent to China yearly through the Seeds for the Future programme.
